Notes to Iberia Airlines

Some points that Iberia Airlines should take into consideration:

1. You must dim the lights at take off and throughout the flight. Having ALL the lights on during half the flights is obnoxious.

2. Same thing with the music. It is OK to have some music during the boarding, but not after. If someone wants music, they can listen to it using their headphones. I cannot care less about instrumental music throughout the flight.

3. If you speak in Spanish for 15 minutes and then the translation in English is but two sentences, I am bound to think that I am missing some important information.

5. Keeping the temperature inside the cabin at 85 Degrees F is inhumane.

6. Please, you must come around at least once and see if I have any waste or trash to throw away. The seat pocket in front can only hold that much, after which things start falling on the floor and after some time I stop picking them up.

7. Do not take those who say "Landing is a controlled crash" too literally. One can also land a plane gently.

8. Keep smiling. Your good humor and attitude and good disposition was awesome!
